Q1. How can I reserve and book my air travel?

You may call or e-mail us via our contact button to make your reservations. You can also fill in the on-line form to request us to make your reservation. The status of your flight reservation will be communicated to you within the shortest possible time.

Qn2. How many days after reservation do I have to pay for my flight?
This will depend on class of service and the terms and conditions set by the carrier. In any event you can directly ask us. Alternatively we shall inform you the latest date when you have to pay in order to be eligible for the fare offered. But bear in mind that fares many have restrictions attached to them. We strongly urge you to pay as early as you possibly so that everything will be in proper order.

Qn3. How do I get my air ticket if I cannot pick it myself?
You can have your ticket delivered under your address via the post office. Alternatively you can pick it up at the counter of the airline you are taking at the departure area. But since all ticketing is going to be electronic within the coming few months, your flight itinerary and all other information relevant for your flight shall be send to you digitally if you are connected to the Internet.

Q4. How can I pay my travel bills?
We strongly recommend that you pay via your bank account. However since this will require sometime, do it well in advance. Admas also accepts cash payment if you cannot do this through the bank. Remember that if you miss a dead line, you will have to pay penalty for rebooking or your booking may be cancelled altogether. For you this means paying twice booking service cost for the same booking.

Qn5. Can I cancel my flight booking and get my money back?
This depends on the class of your service and the terms and conditions of the airline. With higher classes and thus higher fares, there shall be none or very limited penalties for cancellation while with lower fares more penalties apply. In addition how close or how far the cancellation is from the flight date is also important. As a general rule the closer the fight date, the more severe the penalty for cancellation will be. E.G: cancellation within 2 days before departure for a ticket issued may cost you € 150 while cancellation two days after departure for a ticket issued, may a carry a € 200 penalty. So you may get a partial refund or you lose the value of the whole ticket or get full refund depending on a number of factors. In any event we shall notify you exactly what to expect when you plan to cancel you booking.

Qn6. Can I rebook my flight without being penalized?
Again this will depend on the class of service and the applicable terms and conditions as set by the air line. Different penalty scenarios do exist with escalating costs. You may be allowed to rebook once for free, but may be penalized € 150 for second time rebooking.

Qn6. Can I change my itinerary without being penalized?
This will depend on a number of factors. Among these are: congruency between the new itineraries and the previous itinerary in terms of permitted stops and/or stopovers, availability of the same class of service, applicability of route etc. Since this a matter of the terms and conditions as set by the airline concerned, we can always inform you subject to our consultation with that specific carrier.

Qn7. If I miss my flight, what happens?
This will depend on the type of fare and the conditions attached to it. Generally there are specific validity dates for reduced fares. High fares on the other hand enjoy a degree of flexibility. If the supposed departure date falls within the specified dates, there is allowance for rebooking or refund subject to the applicable penalties or no penalties.

Qn8. What happens if I some how lose my ticket?
There will not be paper tickets as such as airlines are digitalizing all travel processing. Thus your itinerary is stored in the data base of the carrier you have chosen to fly with. It could always be retrieved provided you have identified yourself properly in accordance with information in the booking details.

Qn9. Can I request for a specific seat in advance?
This is also dependent on the airline. Some airlines allow advanced seat request while others do not. You can just ask us and we shall let you know subsequently.

Qn10. My ticket says none transferable? What does this mean?
This means No one except the one whose name in the ticket is written can use the ticket for the purpose it is issued for. In other wards you CANNOT pass it for someone else for use.

Qn11. My ticket also says none refundable. What does this mean?
This means under no circumstance will you get back the money you paid for the ticket. You have to use the ticket or else you forfeit the whole value of the ticket.
