Tour Terms and Conditions

Admas-EriTravel & Tours accepts bookings subject to the following conditions and customers are kindly advised to carefully read them as laid down here.

1. Booking:

A booking is secured when:

a)       the customer receives invoice confirmation from Admas-EriTravel & Tours

b)       the price of the tour is fully paid and received by Admas-EriTravel & Tours

c)       the critical group size of the tour is achieved

d)    the condition under 6/a of this document is satisfied

Conversely a booking is not secure:

a)       even when the Admas EriTravel & Tours acknowledges receipt of a customers request

b)       when customer’s entry visa application is rejected even when the tour price if fully paid. In such a case the tour shall be cancelled with full refun

2. Booking Change

a)       a confirmed booking can  be changed or shifted to another date subject to availability, submission of  cancellation notification 60 days prior to departure and a payment  of € 30 administration fee

b)       in case a customer is unable to travel due circumstances Admas-EriTravel & Tours believes to be acceptable, the booking can be transferred to a person  the customer proposes at a cost of € 30 administration fee          

3. Booking Cancellation

a)       Admas EriTravel & Tours allows no refund for a cancellation of a confirmed tour. We strictly advise customers to make their own insurance arrangement to cover travel and tour cancellation  on their part

b)       cancellation of tour by Admas EriTravel & Tours exclusive of force majeure gives rise to full refund of tour price excluding  transaction cost in both occasions of the money transfer

4. Payment of Tour Price

a)       Admas EriTravel & Tours requires full payment of tour price i.e. the amount paid must be equal to the sum of the absolute net price of all cost items included in the tour package excluding  payment transaction cost

b)       the form of payment shall be only via bank account or cash

c)       in case of non-payment of tour price of a booked tour  by the due date, Admas EriTravel & Tours reserves the right to cancel a booking and cancellation charges shall apply

5. Air Travel and Insurance

a)       Admas EriTravel & Tours shall not accept any liability for change, delays and/or cancellation of international flights to Eritrea  whatever the cause for such may be

b)       while customers may cancel a tour and sue airlines for compensation in conjunction of the above circumstance, Admas EriTravel & Tours does not have any liability to make compensation 

c)       during tour travel inside Eritrea, customers have full life insurance coverage as governed by Eritrean law and national  insurance policy;

d)       customers are fully responsible for their health and physical condition while taking part in the tour; Admas EriTravel & Tours takes no responsibility for injury ,death or illness that a customer may suffer

e)       insurance covering personal property including baggage and other matters are a all times at the customers own risk

6. Travel Documents and Travel Inside Eritrea

a)       customers are wholly responsible for securing a valid passport and visa as required by the Eritrean regulation on immigration. However Admas EriTravel & Tours is able to provide this service subject to request and the payment of administrative fee.  Customers should submit copies of their passport and entry visa 15 days in advance required to process their permit for travel inside Eritrea. Only upon the issuance of this permit will the tour booking be considered secure.

b)       Admas EriTravel & Tours shall not accept any liability in case of rejection of entry application into Eritrea.

c)       Admas EriTravel & Tours shall apply for domestic travel permit on behalf issuance

d)       in case of curtailment of tour itinerary, Admas EriTravel & Tours shall arrange  alternative route and destination it sees fit will compensate the advertised tour itinerary

7. Accommodation and Services

a)       Admas EriTravel & Tours shall endeavour to make sure that services are provided properly, with reasonable care and skill.

b)     customers shall accept available accommodation and related services in conjunction of the tour itinerary; extra services or upgrades of hotel rooms shall be at the customers own obligation

8. Price and Itinerary Changes

a)   while Admas EriTravel & Tours shall do its level best to uphold tour prices and itineraries shown in our website, they  may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances

b)    when tour price change of a tour becomes greater than 15% of the original, the tour may be cancelled with refund less administrative fee
